Business Unit Land Transport
How can we reduce fuel consumption per tonnage short term, and against which investments?
In scope of this project:

Data driven:

  • High Capacity Transport (Eco trailers) for high volume lanes
  • Multi-Modal
  • Reduce empty milage by more efficient planning

Equipment driven:

  • Eco training
  • Down-speeding
  • Aerodynamic Profiling
  • Anti-idling
  • Low rolling resistance wheels
