Project Description
Develop and propose a new end2end S&OP landscape for the full value chain of Hilti.
Goals of the Project
Define a new S&OP meeting landscape across the full value chain ensuring that key information flows and that decisions are taken at the right part of the value chain.
Deliverables
1. Complete meeting landscape including tact and interdependencies
2. Clear purpose statement of each meeting including decision mandate and key participating functions.
3. Defined how decisions and information flow from meeting to meeting to ensure consistency across full value chain.
