Project Description
Lely Customer Care division has a network with Lely Centers delivering spare parts for their customers worldwide. At this moment this is centralized organized. Lely supply chain has the ambition to become more flexible and servicing the more and more demanding customers in a distributed network. So we would like to investigate how a distributed network will look like and what parameters are important for Lely spare parts to make decisions about forward stocking locations.
Goals of the Project
Goals of the project Study on how and why Lely should change to a distributed network plus what locations would make a difference in the supply of spare parts for our customers in time and costs.
Deliverables
Report on the implementation towards a distributed network, the costs and gains plus an advised approach.
