Huawei is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices.
Huawei Europe Supply Center will arrange delivery to multiple customers in Europe. Some customers require advance reservations before delivery, and customers will only accept goods with advance reservations. Huawei has three factories in Europe and two ports to deliver goods to multiple customers. The customer’s receiving capability is limited. The shipment volume and transportation period vary with the delivery location. The project is mainly to arrange logistics and transportation based on the customer’s receiving capability and coordinate the production plan of the factory to maximize the utilization of the customer’s receiving capability and reduce the goods waiting period.
Goals of the project
Intelligently arrange logistics and transportation, maximize the use of customer receiving timeslots, and reduce the goods waiting period and transportation costs.
