Company Description
Project Description
Ewals is an innovative player in delivering logistics services. They aim to integrate data-driven automation in their processes, from first quote to execution. In order to improve these processes, it is important to first understand the processes very well, which is a key stepping stone of the project. Thereafter, we move over to building a prototype to make the opportunities more clear for Ewals.
Goals of the Project
The goal of this project is creating a clear overview of the various processes in Ewals that pertain to quotation, planning and execution of logistics services, and to determine how process automation techniques such as AI can contribute to improve those processes, and eventually the bottom line of Ewals.

Overview of processes in Ewals pertaining to quotation, planning and execution of logistics services.
