Project Description
To our product portfolio of benchtop instruments, we will introduce a 4th product family. In the current setup we have dedicated production lines per product family. (when and how) is it beneficial to switch over to one flexible production line which can produce any of the 4 benchtop flavours?
Goals of the Project
Analyze and provide insight in the options which exist regarding production strategy. Work with the local team to create awareness.
Deliverables
Design of a new production layout for benchtop instrument production.
