Predicting supplier quality performance

Quality issues related to the parts in ASML machines can have wide ranging impacts on either ASML’s or its customer’s operations. It is therefore a strategic priority to reduce the number of incoming quality issues from the supply base. This project aims to understand the usefulness of approaching this problem using data based methods to predict incoming quality issues, and thereby enable operations to pro-actively prevent them from happening.
