    Project description:

    Research the effects in costs, time, quality and GHG emissions of a change in our process where cartons for a specific customer are palletized before they enter our groupage network, versus todays situation where they are palletized at the first hub in the destination country.

    Goals of the project:

    To be able to make a motivated decision about this and similar significant changes in a (Class A) customer specific supply chain setup.

    Deliverables:

    Process flows of the as-is and the to-be setup, a report on effects, and a recommendation on how to approach changes like this
