Project Description
Project description:
We would like to investigate how the best future customer service will look like. We are overwhelmed with initiatives and solutions like: self service platforms, automatic solutions (Co-pilot, RPA, ChatGPT, etc.) and we wonder if our customer service teams are still needed in short/mid term future? Besides that we would like to investigate how we can already adapt ourselves best to these developments keeping in mind that we want to be first in line if we talk about Customer Experience and Customer Journey Experience and cost leadership.
Goals of the project:
Agile adaptation to the changing world around us.
Deliverables:
An advice & Plan how to organize such a set up.
Essential student knowledge:
Up to date current knowledge about Customer Service / Servitization industry standards.
