Project Description
Project description:
At the moment we are implementing a truck planning optimizer. We measure the quality of the truck planning with 1 KPI. When the developing of the optimizer finished, the truck planning optimizer was able to create a plan that was a few percent better than the planning created by our human truck planners. In the future we still want to track whether the results of the truck planning optimizer are still good. In this project we would like to find a way to create a lowerbound for the KPI, so we can track the score of the truck planning optimizer compared to the lowerbound.
Goals of the project:
Create a tool to calculate a lowerbound of the KPI score for the truck planning.
Deliverables:
A tool to calculate a lowerbound for the truck planning KPI.
