    Redesign the working processes in the warehouse and give a recommendation regarding automation/robotization possibilities of the work processes in the warehouse.

    Goals of the project:

    Improving the quality of the work processes and reducing dependence on the use of personnel.

    Deliverables:

    A new internal logistic ground model

    Reduce the dependence of labour by X %
