Project description:
In a fast-growing market for Latex Inks, being in Control in the end-to-end supply chain becomes more and more important to find optimal solutions with respect to availability, strategic stocks, shelf-life, stock locations and transport costs. Actual usage data from Machines in Field can help to better steer this supply chain in cooperation with the various regions in the world.
Goals of the project:
Set a framework to incorporate the various input parameters and define the optimal solution for the supply chain.
Deliverables:
Model to start with end-to-end control for Latex Inks.
