Our logistic branch was recently combined with a land transport cross dock hub. Business is growing and the current infrastructure does not suit the business needs in size but is also a bit outdated. Current location of the branch is Hanzepoort Oldenzaal, the new building should be located in the near surroundings (max 20-30km) from current location (preferable East-North-East of current location)and must have good connections with highway network. There is no room for extension in current location. Therefor we would like support to set-up a solid business case, supporting our future strategy and growth ambition.
Goals of the Project
Deliver a business case which is the foundation to pursue our board members to facilitate a state of the building to support current and future growth of the site.

- Requirements for building and surroundings, warehousing, x-dock, office space (future proof), infrastructure, required permits, etc
- Financial picture (5 year plan)
