Results of our Customer Surveys are year-on-year touching the fact that we are not on the desired level in regards to proactivity. We would like to investigate which signals can help us in order to predict e.g.:
- A disruption in our network/chain of activities between pick-up and delivery.
- A dispute in our invoicing methods
- A credit note which needs to be send
- Which receiver of the customer will escalate if a delivery date is not met?
Which parameter(s) do we need to take into consideration if we want to be pro-active to our customers but at the same time avoid an overkill of information.
