Project Description

The current S&OP process has been developed and implemented in 2019. With the latest merger (2021) and business growth, we are seeking for main improvement areas to meet/beat the BIC industry standards. The project will focus on the in-depth and objective assessment of the existing S&OP process (end-to-end).

  • Identify specific strong/weak points of the existing S&OP process
  • Propose most effective improvements opportunities
