Project Description

The reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in last mile transportation has several challenges due to complexity of network, variability in operational execution and lack of real transport data.

 To steer a transport network to a minimized sustainability impact, the GHG reporting needs to provide the right KPI and PI to manage the business.

 The current GHG calculation models according EN16258 or ISO14083 does not fulfill this need.

Goals of the Project

• Modelling of GHG drivers in last mile transportation

• Define a set of KPI/PI to steer the transport operations to a minimized GHG emission

Deliverables

• Definition of relevant KPI/PI

• Calculation method to derive relevant KPI/PI
