Optimizing Inventory by Supplier Accuracy Prediction – SABIC

The main objective of the project is predicting the arrival accuracy from suppliers to optimize inventory levels and better outline the end inventory policies. The arrival accuracy would be a measure of a large, scalable, data source that the company already collects – weather pattern, lateness, weather conditions, and other relevant indicators. Initially, this would be used as an RCA to identify the issues and would later be used on a broader scale.
