Improving Market Forecast Accuracy – Philips

Philips uses market forecasts to determine their production values. These market forecasts have many facets and rely upon multiple variables. Due to uncertainty in the forecasts, Philips’ production facilities face increased costs and lose efficiency. The goal of this project is to find ways to increase Philips’ forecast accuracy.
