Laundry Efficiency Optimization: A Multi-Company Model – TKT

The goal of this project is to establish a model that effectively monitors and optimizes efficiency. This is done by performing qualitative and quantitative analyses upon multiple laundries. The qualitative analysis mostly consists of process mining and process mapping. The quantitative analysis is used to benchmark the mapped processes, perform regressive analysis and see if there is room for a standardized model that can be used to benchmark the industry.
