Inventory Optimization of the Supply Chain – Heineken
The effect of vendor managed inventory in the Dutch Heineken supply chain is studied. State-of-the-art optimization and Monte Carlo simulation techniques are used to research the VMI effect on the key performance indicators of Heineken.
