Digital Readiness: Harnessing the Power of Data and AI
The rapid and exponential growth of data availability, combined with advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), presents a wealth of opportunities for enhancing your supply chain. Leveraging this data, augmented by AI, can significantly boost end-to-end visibility of production and supply, thereby improving quality and optimizing plans. AI can also automate tasks within supply processes to boost efficiency and facilitate advanced analytics to enhance decision-making and performance.
However, to fully harness the potential of data and AI, your organization must be prepared. This includes having a clear vision of how data and AI can enhance your supply chain, ensuring your systems are equipped for advanced data analytics and AI integration, and having the right personnel who can effectively handle data analytics and AI tools.
The aim of this workshop is to assist you in conducting a quick scan of your organization to determine and discuss your digital and AI readiness. We will introduce a quick scan tool designed to aid in this evaluation, and you will have the opportunity to conduct an initial analysis using this tool during the workshop. Furthermore, two companies will share their experiences in enhancing their digital and AI readiness.
