Date and Time
24/03/2026, 11:45 - 18:00
In the last months, we have been working enthusiastically to set-up the program for the ESCF Talent Table on March 24th. We are delighted to announce that Hilti will be our host for this inspiring day, centered around the theme: Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Tour of the Hilti BIM Competence Center
We will begin the afternoon with a guided tour of Hilti’s BIM Competence Center.
Hilti applies Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support clients across the building industry with full project workflows—enhancing productivity, improving safety, and enabling smarter decision making. To make BIM tangible, Hilti developed the BIM Experience Center in Rotterdam, where we will explore a hands on customer journey that brings digital construction innovation to life.
Experience S&OP at Hilti
After the tour, Hilti will present their approach to S&OP.
With a strong direct to customer model and close relationships in every step of the value chain, Hilti demonstrates how S&OP can strengthen cross team collaboration, increase forecasting accuracy, optimize inventory, and support better strategic choices.
Freek Aertsen will give a more in-depth insight in the set-up of S&OP and will share valuable business experience.
To experience S&OP dynamics first hand, you will participate in the S&OP Game. In this interactive simulation, you will take on different functional roles, work with realistic KPIs, face trade offs, and operate as a team making S&OP concrete, practical, and fun.
We will finish the program with an academic reflection on what S&OP means for the human factor, connecting practice and theory.
